Delivery Methods

  • Registration: email, or postal mail~
  • Ballot Request: email, or postal mail~
  • Ballot Return: postal mail (or fax under special circumstances~~)

~Registration and Ballot Request: Fax is available but not recommended!TX voters may submit their registration or ballot request by fax, but must postal mail the original form so that it is received in TX at the latest 4 business days after the fax is sent.

~~Ballot Return: Ballot return by Fax is available ONLY to active duty military or eligible family members who are in a hostile fire pay, imminent danger pay, or combat zone.
