Is it too late to register to vote?

Voter registration deadlines are different for each state. You can check your state’s deadlines here:   Students.VoteFromAbroad.org/states.  The deadlines vary and can be as early as the first of October and as late as General Election Day in November.  

Please note that based on the state, the deadline may be different based on your voting status, whether you have ever registered or whether you are just requesting a ballot.    Also, please take into account how you can return your request, especially if you must send by postal mail.   It is always based to do electronically if you have that option.    If you are unsure of your registration status, you can also check that by finding the link on Students.VoteFromAbroad.org/states.
