You must provide your international (non-US) address, either residential or mailing, even if you will request your ballot be sent to you by email.
If you also have a US mailing address, you'll have the option to enter it as "Your mail forwarding address" in the next section.

On the next page, you'll still have the option to request that your election office send your blank ballot to you by email.

Your voting address is usually the last place you lived in the US. Do not enter a PO Box.
